With President-elect Donald J. Trump promising to dump the Paris climate accord, there is uncertainty that he might also shoot down a historic and hard-won deal to cut emissions from air travel. Last month airlines, aircraft manufacturers and oil companies from nearly 200 countries forged a global deal to cut carbon pollution starting in 2021.
