Teaching: • Start in pushup position with hands under shoulders • Keep toes dorsiflexed and head neutral and maintain a straight line from your head to your heels Coaching: • Lift one arm and tap opposite shoulder without rotating hips • Alternate arms and repeat • Keep back flat and core tight Common Errors: • Posture is lost • Flexion, extension , or rotation of hips • Head is not neutral
