Womens Home Arm Workout

Model Vicky Justiz is showing you a great upper body workout: Triceps Press Planks, do 20 reps of 4 sets. Push-ups, 15 reps for 4 sets. Squat Biceps Curls, 10 reps for 3 sets. Dumbbell Rows, 20 reps for 4 sets. Rest 1 minute between each set. Do this 4-5x per week.
