Here's 3 Great Triceps Exercises that will firm and tone the back of your arms. These can be done at home or the gym and you don't need much equipment. Exercises: Laying Triceps Extension, Plank Press, Bench Dips. Do 2 sets of 10-20 reps per exercise 3x a week.
