You may want to visit the respective US Embassy or Consulate to find out whether your biometric / Fingerprinting / Digital photograph will be done at a Visa Application Center prior to the US Visa interview or at the embassy or consulate at the time of the interview. If the fingerprinting will be done at the time of the interview, you will have to provide a digital photograph while filling out the DS-160 US Visa Application Form.
