Here I'm using two configurations: a light sprint rope with light handles for the double unders and a heavy power rope with thicker/heavier handles for the simple skips. Alternate between 40 regular jumps with the heavy rope and 20 double unders with the light rope 5 times for one set. Rest for a minute or two and then do another set. Perform as many sets as you can. This is a killer jump rope workout that elevates the heart rate and fatigues the arms and shoulders. You'll be huffing and puffing for air after one set. Music - simplecraftbeats.bandcamp.com
