MY SKIPPING (JUMPROPE) EXERCISE/FITNESS ROUTINE (HOME WORKOUT) | BY ANIKA MORJARIA I love incorporating skiping (jump rope) into my workouts. A jump rope is also so easy to do almost anywhere and i always carry one in my suitcase when I am traveling. It really works the whole body and if I have worked shoulders the day before i really do feel it in my shoulders haha. I mention in this video to 'find something that you enjoy" and "if you don't like it don't do it" - Some of you may be like "well i don't like anything" - Fact is if you want to get fitter and into shape, you are going to have to exercise. Simple. It is really about trying to make that journey as enjoyable as you can thus if you PREFER sprinting outside over the treadmill then opt for sprinting outside. Exercise isnt going to be as fun as hanging out with your friends at a music festival (or whatever you enjoy) but you should pick something that you kind of like. Its when you start to see results, feel better + have more energy etc that you will learn to enjoy exercise more. They dont say it is addicting for nothing..if your not addicted then you havent done it long enough to feel the positive effects.
