Vikram is a middle class guy who owns a jackpot of Rs 1 Crore by luck to the lottery ticket which is actually bought by his friend Abhishek.In the fight to share Abhi hits vikram and founds him dead.Abhi along with Ramesh and Nandu,the other two friends of vikram, tries to cover this murder and share the price money.How they gonna share and how money played on their friendship is the actual plot.
