This video shows an easy method of adding a new look to your kitchen or bathroom cabinets. You can do this with no stripping, no sandpaper, and it's really easy. The only color I had handy in the one step was cabernet and while I don't particularly like that color - I went ahead and used it just to show the easy step by step process.
