Basic software troubleshooting steps. - Restart your computer - Repair disk permissions - Is it a file problem? - Is it a User problem? - Is it an application problem? - Using Console to look for errors. Sorry it's a bit choppy had to learn ScreenFlow on the fly and was struggling with editing it down to 10 minutes.
