Fascinating chat with Troma alumni, Liam Regan, writer and director of the feature length horror film Banjo, which screened at the Cannes Film Festival in May. We were also joined by James Hamer-Morton, the star of the film. There was a lot of talk about penises and censorship, and why the film is called Banjo. This show is definitely over 18's only. Banjo stars Laurence R. Harvey of The Human Centipede 2 (Full Sequence) & The Human Centipede 3 (Final Sequence). It's a quirky, offbeat and unconventional British horror movie, with black comedic sensibilities and a talented ensemble cast of young and rising stars, melting together to form an obscure, perversely convoluted and unique independent movie, cleverly combining no holds barred satire, spectacular effects and spine tingling horror.
