Minimum setup required: level 4 Windurger No.2 silenced pistol, level 2 Renov-ICKX sniper rifle (both customized and with tranquilizer ammo, obviously), and level 2 Noctocyanin pills. I prefer the Base Development platform since it's wide open. Hint: use your S++ soldiers on this rather easy FOB event, after successfully completing 3 missions they will level up.
