Miko Peled was born in Jersusalem into a prominent Israeli Zionist family. His father, Matti Peled, was a General in the Israeli Army; Miko served in Israel’s Special Forces. When Miko's niece was killed by Palestinian suicide bombers he soon became a peace activist. Through his own research and his father's thorough knowledge of the Israeli wars, Miko Peled dispels the myths surrounding the ongoing Israeli and Palestinian conflict, and delivers widely unpopular facts concerning what actually occurred in 1948, 1967, and what is yet occurring today. He discloses facts that challenge the notion that the Jews that “returned” to, and are currently occupying Israel are the descendants of the Israelites that fled many centuries ago.
