For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation". 2 Thessalonians 2:1-4 "Now, brethren, concerning the coming (Parousla) of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, (The Rapture, NOT the Second Coming) we ask you, 2 not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ had come. 3 Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day (Parousla) will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, 4 who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God". 2 Timothy 3:1-5 "But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: 2 For men will be lovers of themselves (Social Media, Selfies), lovers of money (Thinking that you must work for lots of money to be a true believer), boasters, proud, blasphemers (Saying that there is no God), disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control (Killing, Sexual Sin, Same Sex Marriage), brutal, despisers of good, 4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God (Movies, Reality TV, Game Shows Soap Operas), 5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!"
