THE MOST IMPORTANT DECISION YOU WILL EVER MAKE: The Purpose of our Existence: God created us so that we could have a perfect relationship with Him. In order to give us the ability to have a genuine relationship with Him, He gave us free will otherwise we would be robots totally enslaved to His will and our relationship with Him would not be genuine. The Sin Problem: The first two humans Adam and Eve used their free will to rebel against God. Ever since Adam and Eve rebelled, sin, pain and death came into the world. Our sin separates us from God. Human beings have lied, stolen, blasphemed, committed adultery and murder etc and we all deserve to be justly punished by God for our sins. He cannot tolerate unrepentant sinners in the Kingdom of Heaven. He has to cast them out for the good of the Kingdom. Heaven is a holy and perfect place and God cannot allow any unholiness and imperfection to defile the Kingdom of Heaven. The Solution: In spite of our sins, God loved us so much that He sent His only begotten Son Jesus Christ into the world. Jesus lived a totally perfect sinless life and was crucified by the corrupt religious leaders of His day. While He was being crucified, God poured out His wrath against the sins of the world onto Jesus Christ. After Jesus died on the cross, He rose from the dead three days later and ascended into Heaven. A way had been provided for human beings to get right with God and go to Heaven. So, why was this the only way God could forgive our sins? Why couldn’t God have just forgiven our sins without sending Jesus to die on the cross? Well, imagine if a criminal was brought before a judge and he said to the judge “Look, I know I’ve broken the law but I’m sorry for it, I won’t do it again, oh and by the way, I’ve done some good things in my life too.” Only a corrupt judge would give into the criminal’s plea and let him go. A good judge would sentence the criminal to pay his fine. Only if an innocent person paid the criminal’s fine in his place could the criminal then be let go but the criminal would first have to accept the offer. God offers you Salvation today. If you accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, you will be saved from God’s judgement. The stain of sin that has defiled your soul will be washed away by the blood of Christ. You will be given a new heart with new desires and you will be granted access to the glorious Kingdom of Heaven. Thank you for reading. Matthew 7:21-23 makes it crystal clear that Antinomianists are not True Christians and they are described as workers of iniquity. The Antinomianists accuse Christians who preach Lordship Salvation of preaching Works Salvation. However, there is a fundamental difference between the two. Works Salvation teaches that a person does good works first and then they are saved as a result of their good works. Roman Catholicism teaches this heresy. Lordship Salvation on the other hand teaches that a person is saved first by accepting Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour and then as a result of being born again, they start doing good works because they have a new nature that wants to please God. THE TRUTH ABOUT THE TRUTH MOVEMENT: People like Alex Jones and other members of the so-called “Truth Movement” claim to be Christian but they are not Christian at all. They are drawing disciples after themselves rather than after Christ. They are trying to cause a revolution against the current corrupt establishment. That is not our job as Christians. Our job as Christians is to preach the Gospel of Salvation through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Yes, we should give to charity and we should do what we can do to help others live better earthly lives but our Number 1 Priority should be sharing the Gospel. Our warfare as Christians is spiritual, not physical. Jesus said to the Israelites “Give to Caesar what is Caesar’s” in Mark 12:17. That same principle applies to today. Many Israelites were disappointed by the fact that Jesus did not come to the world to cause a revolution against the Roman Empire. They longed for a political Messiah which is why the religious Jews of today are going to accept the Antichrist as their Messiah. The Antichrist will be a very political man unlike Jesus who did not get involved in politics.
