You can go to Settings, WP Image Borders to configure. You can either add a border to all images like this or you can target specific css classes to have a border and that's what this section lets you do. Save changes, if your chose the CSS option you can add the CSS class to any image you want the border around. You can also add borders using HTML and CSS.
