Web Design two column layout using div's & css

A simple two column layout. The page contains a header (for the usual top of the page staff like logo), a footer, which will sit nicely at the bottom of the page, a small column on the left for the usual navigation links, and one more column in the center for the content itself. Please note the ".clear" div which will make sure that the footer div will sit at the bottom of the page.
