The video camera (ATC Oregon Scientific) was strapped to my bike then speeded up 10 x's. The 'big loop' as it is called goes from Carna, County Galway; Callowfinish; Aill Na Brun; Kilkerrin; Derryrush; Lettershinna; Glenturkeen; Bunnahown; Callancruck and Glinsk and is the route taken by the triathalon.
