From April 2016 adult health and social care services will be delivered by a partnership between Aberdeenshire Council and NHS Grampian. The aim of this integration is to provide a seamless service for patients and their families. A strategic plan is being developed for the partnership. This plan will set out the priorities of the new partnership to ensure high quality person centred care is provided and health and wellbeing improvements are achieved in Aberdeenshire.
