This Video clip looks at a multiplication method that uses the idea of a third number - a base number - to help learners multiply two numbers. Eventually in their head. It's called the Base Method of Multiplication Like most skills, practice is important - the more learners practice the easier it becomes. This is the second of two video clips that reviews the first clip, then looks at multiplying using base 20 and 30.
