Les remembers Mother Teresa saying something that really grabbed him; she said, "Just as I thought I had a handle on life, the handle broke." Just as we think we have figured it out, you find out it wasn't true. You can't live of someone else assumption, and "you don't know, that you don't know and you think you knew!" And this is why a lot of people get caught off-guard, and people feel as though life had fooled them or they are living an illusion, or they had the rug snatched out from under them. Les says one of the best ways to go through life is to have a spirit of optimism and to be open to the possibility. Les' relies greatly on St. Francis "Lord grant the serenity to accept the things I can change which is me, and the wisdom to know the difference. When you approach life in that spirit of humility, it gives you power, creativity and gratitude to make the journey. Want more motivation? Join the community! www.facebook.com/LesBrownNetwork
