In the 80s and 90s, Spy magazine did a couple specials about celebrity life...in this one, "How to Be Famous" (hosted by Jerry Seinfeld!) they fake calls from Sly Stallone and Joey Bishop (last surviving Rat Packer!) to various celebrities, demonstrating respective fame levels, and how they change over time.
