11 months ago, the Duchess of Cambridge came to Southampton to christen Princess Cruises' latest ship "Royal Princess". She left on her maiden voyage a few days later and has been cruising the Mediterranean and Caribbean since then. She is to spend her 2014 Summer Season working out of Copenhagen and made a transit call to Southampton on her way from Fort Lauderdale on Thursday 8th May. She docked at the 'Ocean' Terminal, where she'd been named in June 2013. Also in port were Royal Caribbean International's "Adventure of the Seas" at the 'City' Terminal and Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines' "Black Watch" at the 'Mayflower' Terminal. In this video, we see all three ships departing on their respective voyages. "Adventure of the Seas" is seen first departing around 16:30 heading for Cadiz on a 15-night Central Mediterranean cruise. "Black Watch" departed around the same time but had to turn before heading off to Rouen, France on a 9-night Bright Lights & Overnights cruise. Finally, "Royal Princess" departed at 20:10 heading for Le Havre before ending her cruise in Copenhagen on Monday 12th May.
