Tramshed Spiced Bourbon Whiskey: Evan William’s Bourbon is ran through a three foot cold drip coffee tower and drips through layers of cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, fruit tea, orange peel and cloves. It is then served as a boilermaker (a shot and a beer) or as a mixed drink where we pour 50ml of the spiced Evan William’s over ice into a tall glass and top with either Fentiman’s Curiosity Cola or Dandelion and Burdock. Garnished with a lime wedge
