香煎芋丝糕

主料:荔浦芋头 辅料:虾干、胡萝卜 调料:味精、五香粉、胡椒粉、生粉 烹制方法: 1、将芋头去皮切丝,虾干提前用温水泡发,再用油煸香备用; 2、胡萝卜切细丝,过油煸熟,芋头丝中加入虾干、胡萝卜丝,调入五香粉、盐、味精、白糖、胡椒粉、生粉,(一斤芋头加一两生粉)充分拌匀; 3、蒸屉上刷一层油,将拌好的芋头丝平铺在蒸屉上蒸10分钟,蒸熟后取出装入器皿中按压瓷实,再切成块,放入平锅中小火煎至表面微黄即可。 特点:软糯咸香,营养丰富。
