I chose the lovely song "Leylet Hob" by Ourjouan and then finished the piece of with a drum solo called "Wassan Pharaoun" by Issam Houshan. It was great to be teaching and taking part in this event. This song is so special to me, and I finally felt ready to perform it and give my spin on this classical piece.
