A subtle sweet and smoky treat with a hint of bitter orange made from a combination of Sipsmith Sloe and London Dry gins, Gancia Americano and Punt E Mes sweet vermouth. We make the cocktail in batches of 20 and then smoked with Applewood in our wonderful Sipsmith glass infusion balloons. Single Serve Recipe: In a mixing glass add: ½ part Sipsmith Sloe Gin ½ part Sipsmith London Dry Gin 1 part Gancia Americano (or similar product, Aperol, Campari) 1 part Punt E Mes Sweet Vermouth (or similar) Ice Stir with barspoon until chilled Strain into flip top bottle Using a smoking gun smoke with Applewood Strain into old fashioned glass over ice and garnish with flamed orange
