NOW FOR MORE POWER! Designed to follow along at home with your iPad, tablet, or SmartTV, this 20 minute workout will turn strength into power. This will make you hit the ball farther than ever. This is one of our more advanced workouts. Be sure to have fitness experience or master our level 1 workout before trying this workout, it is difficult.
