Understanding where your body is in space, and how to control and adapt in an efficient manor, will help you reach optimal performance. In this short 16 minute workout I will take you through a variety of stability exercises that are paired with a mobility component. For example, the relationship, activity, and demands during an exercise that requires the upper body to be stable while mobilizing the lower body is a great way to develop greater body control. This movement style is also very beneficial for pattern development of our golf games and our daily lives.
