This full body workout done with Hooked on Pilates MINIMAX will focus on getting your whole body in shape for hiking. Special focus will be on getting stronger in your legs, especially your quads and gluts but you will also get stronger in your core and arms - all done in minutes. P.S. this workout is appropriate for people with thinning bone (osteoporosis and/or osteopenia).
