Do these 3 Egoscue exercises before every run, hike or walk to decrease your chance of injury by improving your posture and function. When running, hiking, or walking cause pain or injury, it is not the activity's fault, but rather incorrect biomechanics. Doing these exercises as a warm-up before running, hiking or walking will help correct your gait and biomechanics decreasing chance of injury and pain.
