Just in time for Halloween (a perfect antidote to all that candy...), here's my favourite fall soup, brimming with cancer-protective foods like turmeric, ginger, onions, apples, pumpkin and olive oil. I use cashew cream to decorate it, but toasted pumpkin oil works very well too. (Please excuse popping noises at the start of the video - there was a fire crackling away next to me.)
