In this video Top Tennis Training coaches Simon and Jazz share some tennis player exercises that you can do on court with or without a medicine ball (every tennis pros best friend). Exercise #1 - Lunge With Twist. Start off with 10-15 each leg. Exercise #2 - Jumping Lunge. Start off with 10 each leg. Exercise #3 - Squat. Start off with 10. Exercise #4 - Medicine ball throws. Go for 10 on each side. Exercise #5 - Tram to Tram jumps. Go to net and back. Repeat as above 2 sets when starting out, progress up to 4-5 sets of each exercise.
