TRX single leg squats with a forehand and backhand

The purpose of using the TRX is to get Amanda to use her core properly to help with balance and function. The focus is for Amanda to get as low as possible before going into her forehand or backhand. She must get proper rotation through the core before finishing her stroke. After her stroke she comes out of the squat position, focusing on hip extension.
