I wanted to share my pregnancy workout and fitness routine with you guys, now that I'm solidly in my 2nd trimester, at 22 weeks when I filmed this video. This routine has been working really well for me for the past several months, and I've been alternating this workout routine with cardio days and yoga in between. Exercise during pregnancy has kept my weight gain on track and helps me sleep much better at night!
