A series of exercises I have developed to eliminate weights from my workout. Army pull ups, chin ups, triceps dips, Bulgarian dips, shrugs, push ups, pec flys, mid row, leg curl, squats. That is how you build up a real strength! Work out from the inner side, you have to try this!
