This one has been sitting in the archives for quite some time as I had SO many audio issues this day but I need to clear up some space and know many of you are always looking for something new to spice up your trainings so I'm going to share this one with you all today... If I have zero time but want a quick, effective mini workout I will bust out a few of the second exercise (ball and pole clock rotations) they are SOOOOO effective!! I've seen a lot of gains from doing them. Again, tons of variations you can perform; find the holes in your bodily strength and work on filling them!
