Strength Training Exercises #1 Try this body building strength training exercise for increased forearm strength, grip strength and vascularity. Start the exercise with wrist curls, sit down on a bench and grab the barbell with an underhand grip, lean forward so the backs of your arms are touching the bench. Complete as many wrist curls as your training regimen requires. Strength Training Exercises #2 The second part of this technique is the plate hold. Complete this exercise directly after the wrist curls described in #1. Sit on the edge of a bench and grab a heavy plate. Grip the plate with at the top with an overhand grip, make sure your thumbs are touching and your elbows are at 90 degrees. Simply hold the plate for about 45 seconds. You will notice your forearms look as though they are about to explode! Strength Training Exercises #3 Complete 4-5 sets of this forearm strength exercise.
