Sooooo many of you have asked me for this so here it is - a quick list of some of the training exercises I use for building strength in pole dance. Just a simple list as there are many variations of each move that can be incorporated to match the practitioners strength level - so get creative! This is a beginner to intermediate guide. Remember: Work up to these exercises slowly and with knowledge; work with an instructor, have a spotter & mats when beginning anything new, always use proper technique and research your body mechanics before attempting any new exercise... happy poling!
