20 LB ANKLE WEIGHTS -20 straight back leg raises (each leg) -20 kick up leg raises (each leg) -20 back and out leg raises (each leg) -10 leg circles inward (each leg) -10 leg circles outward (each leg) -calf raises (as many as possible) Repeat as many times as possible in the same sequence, give enough days of rest and drink enough protein.
