Merseyside Police "walk into house and assault youth."

Two Merseyside Police Officers seemingly walk into a house after 'chasing a lad' and hearing the front door of this house shut. They didn't actually see the lad they were chasing go into the house, but they thought they'd go in and assault someone anyway.
