Elections for the new Police & Crime Commissioner will be held in Lancashire on the 5th May. Candidates for the post in Lancashire, come from the Labour Conservative, Liberal Democrats and UKIP parties. 3 candidates attended a hustings, or public debate, in Blackburn Cathedral to state their case and take questions from the public.
