A new service in Lancashire will help to reduce the number of people suffering from the trauma of a stillbirth in the family. 'The Lancashire Women and Newborn Centre' at Burnley Hospital has launched a Midwife-led 'Sonography Service' which aims to quickly detect foetal growth restriction in mothers-to-be and subsequently reduce stillbirths.
