It's the first official day back in the role for Lancashire Police and Crime Commissioner Clive Grunshaw who began his second term of office following last week's election. We were there as the Commissioner signed his official oath of office, saying he will now look to continue the work of the last four years and continue to fight Government on any further cuts to the Lancashire Police budget....
