An 8-year-old boy has been rescued by the Wyre Ferry after falling off a jet-ski. The incident happened on Saturday afternoon when three people were reported to be in the water between Fleetwood and Knott End. A man and a one-year-old child who were also in the water managed to get to shore while the 8-year-old was picked up by the ferry. A safety kill cord was not attached to the man, which meant the jet ski continued to run.
