A target of August has been set for Chorley's Accident and Emergency Department to reopen, its been agreed by Chorley MP Lindsay Hoyle and Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. We're now more than a month on from when it was temporarily closed because of staff shortages. MP LINDSAY HOYLE admits he has become cynical and thinks things will have to be seen in order to be believed...
