A rainbow flag is to fly at half mast at Preston Town hall from today, in memory of those killed in Orlando, Florida. Bosses at Preston Council said the move was as a mark of respect, and in solidarity with the people of Orlando and the LGBT community. The deadliest mass shooting in US history resulted in 50 people gunned down at a well-known gay venue, at around 2am on Sunday The flag was put up today at the Town Hall in Lancaster Road, in memory of the victims, and to show support for the LGBT community of Preston. - thatstv.com/lancashire - @thatslancs - /thatslancashire
