RSPCA bosses are still puzzled after they found a dead dog in a kennel in Wesham. The incident is being described as "horrific" by the animal charity. The dog which is thought to be around just 4 months old, when he was found dead and tied up inside the wooden kennel which was then boarded up and dumped on Fleetwood Road in Wesham on Sunday.
