Chorley Accident & Emergency Department, which was temporarily closed, may not re-open in August, as originally planned. A statement by Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, has been described as "Saying a lot but saying nothing" by Chorley MP Lindsay Hoyle.
