We took the Soul Council producer to Nice Price Books in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he picked three random records consisting of First Choice’s “Doctor Love” single, a record from Booker T and The MG’s, and Sharon Jones and The Dap Kings’ Give The People What They Want. Khrysis tried his hand with the Booker T and Sharon Jones records, and ended up making heat with those two.
